Your solicitor/caseworker will give you their direct phone number and email once you're instructed, so you can reach them without going through a general switchboard. For non-urgent queries, our office team can also pass on messages and updates.

Yes. Your solicitor will keep you informed by phone and email at each key stage of your matter, and you're welcome to ask for an update at any time in between.
